Check-in and set up is Friday, May 10, between 6:00 – 10:00 am. Click here for map and directions.

The check-in will take place in stages. The assigned check-in times will be in the welcome packets. After checking in the artists have 1 hour to unload and move their vehicles to the designated parking area.

Set-up can start immediately after the vehicle/s have been moved, and must be completed before 4:00 pm on Friday.

All exhibitors must provide their own 10 ft. x 10 ft. tent (mandatory). The booths are placed on the street. Pavement screws are not permitted. Texas weather is unpredictable and can be very windy, so please bring heavy weights/sandbags.

Parking is free and in walking distance of the artists’ booths.

Tear-downs are not permitted until the festival is closed at 6 pm on Sunday, May 12. Due to safety concerns the streets will not be open for artist vehicles until the stores are closed, and patrons have cleared the roadways. Village Green Drive will stay closed for traffic as long as there are patrons on Village Green Drive. Artist vehicles will not be allowed in the festival areas for load-out until the streets are opened by Allen Arts Alliance staff or Watters Creek security personnel.
